I did not know that. I had only heard military aircraft, and still do, in this range. More info on the U.S. use of this frq. range:

391/392 MHz Control Channels
Has anyone else heard Control Channels on 391.0625 and 392.6625 MHz? Thanks! Someone told me it might be a TETRA TRS, and it could be in Baja.

I've been seeing a lot of traffic on TG 31101 also, on Site 501 and Site 508. My BCD396T can't seem to hear it well, it just won't tune the P25 well enough. For Site 508 where the CC is 386.375, I see TG 31101 roll to 386.525. Listening separately while searching 385-390 MHz I can hear activity on 3...

I had my scanner in search mode, so I don't know for certain which Sites these frqs. belong to and I was having trouble with adjusting the P25 level while in TRS mode.
