What talkgroups should I be putting in for RCS East besides CHP, SDSO Rural, and the East county fire stuff? I'm not aware of anyone in San Diego using it.
LAPD had them before they went digital and I've heard it on some 39 MHz freqs during skip season.

I heard it a while back.

4901 calling 4905. Channel referenced as "L.E."

I was told by jp186 that those unit ID's are East County Fire

It was on 163.125. I have it written down as BRAVO-4. It's been a while since I listen to Customs full time but that was the ID of that freq a few years ago. I would imagine it still is.

Lately I've been hearing a strange type of data burst used on Customs frequencies. It does not sound like DES, P25, or anything else I normally hear on the fedcom freqs.
