Why Does CHP El Cajon Dispatch Change Talkgroups?
I'm sure this has been covered before, but I've always wondered why the CHP El Cajon Dispatch fluctuates between 37888 and 38880? Do the radios have to be re-programmed when this happens? Is there a technical reason for the shifts?
