Is this frequency still refered to as SAR 41 I heard 61 testing 1234554321 on that freq a while ago and the PL Tone was 146.2?

Are any of the other Freqs still active I know some of the jails still use some of the old UHF freqs and I hear 155.025 active from time to time no voice just morse code.

A number of the channels are still in use, mostly at the detentions facilities (low power, internal use).

A number of the old VHF channels are still licensed, although used in low power applications (building engineers, etc.).
