403.0250 - 408.0250

I live next to the Navy Base in IB. Was wondering if this would be Navy Police.

I found it on Close Call and the "Units" showing 5 bars and dispatch is about 3-4 bars (Makes sense HQ is in Downtown).

The Navy Police are known for responding to Job Corps and something in IB that they see and FED Fire Helps out IB (FED Fire on Navy RCS) So with close call Im picking up USBP and 403.0250, Heard talking about DOD so one would assume....

Also

Is there a way to find out what the talkgroups/Freqs alpha tag is for something thats not listed?

UPDATE: I finally got the freq for the base police in IB

It sounds like its a trunked but they keep coming on the same Freq. Pretty active at night.

Heres a recording, Sorry for the Close call on the REC. Also Might be a bit loud (forgot to reset my mixer)
