Whats going on on law air?

Im hearing some sort of incident on law air does anyone know whats going on it sounds like border patrol is doing some kind of hoisting operation does anyone know?
It was a 30-40 male with chest pains with a possible heart attack that needed a medical evac on Otay Mountain. I suspect international crosser They asked for Copter One and said it would be a hoist. Communication was really bad. Copter One kept asking "what is the mission" and Border Patrol, several times took several minutes to reply. The BP side kept mentioning Unit-? to Copter One on Air White while they were on Law Air. There was a lot of open transmitter on the BP side. Eventually it got a little better. I never heard the final outcome, or if they had to do the hoist operation.
