There's a photo from the webcam at the Ramona Air Attack Base from yesterday (Friday 9/12) at the following URL showing one of the 415's arriving.

Sunday morning the new plane (Radio Callsign: Quebec 246, Quebac 244).
They flew over Lake Hodges & Olivenhain Reservoir.
said they couldn't operate in that lake with a 'west wind' if there was one.
nice show they put on! They circle the lake a few times.
Then they flew over Dixon Lake , Lake Wohlford (in Escondido)
Then they return to base after that.
They were talking on Air Tactics 6 151.3100

They were up again this afternoon with Air Attack 690.
I know they checked out Sweetwater Reservoir, I don't know where else they went.

Anyone have info on what part of Mission Bay they will be doing the dip at? Still 1330?

Cal Fire only listed two air tankers as resources in their morning report this morning, so I guess they aren't going to use the Superscoopers.
