The Copter 1 helicopter crew and other were chating on San Diego RED 2 this afternoon/tonight.
Monte Vista CALFIRE is looking at the video.

They're running a night aerial firefighting drill at the end of Stonebridge Blvd., south of Poway. They are using Tacs 28 and 29 and Mutual Aid 30. One of those is patched to County Red 2.
Copter 1 and a Sycuan hand crew are involved, along with at least one engine to ground fill the helicopter with water.

Also, I think there are media representatives there.
One ASTREA helicopter is also there.

Copter 2 was also involved. The drill ended about 7:50 PM.
