Approval of Oceanside FD Dispatch Move

The City Council approved moving OFD Dispatch to Rancho Fire JPA Dispatch. Approved for July. Probably will take a bit for actual dispatching to start I imagine.
UPDATE: According to the latest council meeting, 6/28/06, the actual switch over date is January 2007. Also, OFD will be dropping boundaries. All this is per the Acting Chief.
