ever since the fires ive noticed that MVU DISP is patced to CDF tac 4 does anyone know why the patch is on. maybe they forgot to turn it off also what was the reason for the patch.

CDF Tac 4 is MVU local. The simulcasting of dispatches is intentional. They want the 800 mhz dispatch talkgroup and MVU local simulcasted while making certain dispatches. Note that if a unit on 800 MVU Dispatch transmits, it does not come across local. This is because the channels are not patched, but are multi-selected. There is a difference.
