Actually, it's quite easy to sign up as an IPN dispatcher, and it doesn't cost a thing. Just click the "Become A Dispatcher" link under the General Info menu on our home page.

It actually could be kinda fun. I sometimes monitor that freq and often get hits, but my bat belt didn't come equipped with a dopler directional finder. :cry:

I used a Fiskars compass to draw a perfect circle and cut it out with a Ginsu paring knife. Seemed to work well. 8)
