Heard a unit called 10-Ocean-72 calling National City then followed by a short encrypted exchange. This was on the RCS South, talkgroup: 37904 Couple questions. Is NCPD planning to encrypt anything besides their special ops (if even that?). And who is 10-Ocean-72? Thx for any input. Regards, Brandon

I would recommend another sub-forum called Unknown VHF/UHF Conventional Loggings (similar to the RCS North/South forums) where people can post unknown frequencies (whether its news media, shopping malls, taxis, etc..) to see if anyone can help ID them.
