Just curious what exactly is a desk call?, and why can't they air it over the radio, only dispatch it through the MDT, also what does CC mean?, as in "I'm being flagged down on a CC".

I was wondering if Trolley Security had there own talk group on the San Diego TRS. I hear them talking to San Diego PD dispatch all the time, I even here them on SDPD Inquiry running individuals.

Have they changed SDFD dispatch TGID (5008) to a different TGID.
I am hearing dispatches on TGID 5015. Is this right?
