Anyone have an idea what the freqs the Fairgrounds uses? Thought it might be fun to monitor during the Fair. 
I didn't see anything in the listings or any of my old books.

RCS East - Reception in Coastal North County
To the Moderator or anyone else that might know: Can RCS East be received in Coastal North County? Or is it subject to limitation like the RCS South Loop is (Can't receive it North of Hwy 52)? Tks for any info
