I was monitoring mid city and I heard evacuations and alot of officers searching for what they described a guy in white clothing and they are using tac 2 for the incident.

Are they switching to digital?

if you want to monitor law enforcement here you will need a radioshack pro-96 or I heard the bearcat 250d works good although you have to pay extra for a digital chip for the radio.
