yeah, i heard a bunch of the SD brush rigs coming back into service from an exercise this afternoon, guess this was it.

it said "k-9 unit" on the side, and was a cage car. i only assumed there was an actual dog in the back. shame on me.

i've noticed those EPA guys on my way home from work. a k-9 unit actually followed me for quite a bit. i guess they're the top-dollar guys, their rigs look better equipped than PD.
