I thought Station Q was NCPD. I also know that a CHP dispatcher I know stated they were Station T, but rarely if ever use that ID.

I cannot give you exact boundaries for the 10 beats. I know general areas. I know that map posted on the departments website does not match the beats. 1,2, and 3 beats are west of I5. One is the northernmost, 3 southernmost, and 2 is in the middle. 4 beat is east of I5 along Mission, 5 beat is east ...

There are 10 beats. That map only shows the NP sectors. Those don't exactly corrolate with beats. 1-10 Adam are day patrol, 1-10 Boy are swing patrol, 1-10 David are grave patrol. 21-30 are extra units on same beat (I.E. 21A is second 1 beat unit). Almost as bad as the firefighter from Ocotillo Wells (8905 I think) who calls CHP and SDSO almost daily on County Call to report almost anything. Speeders, disabled vehicles, fights he is involved in with his neighbors, etc.

I listened to this talkgroup yesterday. I think it is used by the personnel at the cruise ship terminal. I heard the "gangway" mentioned several times, and somebody else mentioned "ships" several times. I assume the radios fall under the Port District.
