does any one know anything about the TK 730 mobile radio from kenwood i cant seem to find a manuel online i want to know if it is easy to program and if it is a good radio in all. :D :D

does any one what is the current freq the clevland uses for fire dispatch and operations i looked at the list that is on the site under USFS but i never hear any of those channels used except for a handful of them im just wondering if they have changed there radio plan around or just not that busy. ...

To answer your question Brian im not sure if 463.6250 is a pacific ambulance freq. it sounds like it is from the list you made above of the units and rig numbers your heard and plus one of are stations is at Aero and I 15 the way the the Radio is set up is it is a Kenwwood 8180H with tac channels an...

that is correct pacific is currently not on the 800 system but we do have those talk groups programed in to are 800 radios we are on a 400 mhz LTR trucking system at this time.

I was down at North Comm the other week and i asked that same question to the Dispatch Supervisor and he told me that they would switch to the conv. Freq's which i dont see how that would work I woulsd think the system would get overloaded pretty quick espically if there a couple of major incidents ...

ever since the fires ive noticed that MVU DISP is patced to CDF tac 4 does anyone know why the patch is on. maybe they forgot to turn it off also what was the reason for the patch.
