Uniden BC60XLT/Scanner Scanner Specifications Type Handheld Range 29-54, 137-174, 406-512 MHz It brings up an interesting question. What would you listen to if you only could use this scanner? Or, what are your 30 must have UHF/VHF freqs. This may be the perfect entry level scanner for Truckingwife....

Digital Signals on 35.135 Megahertz

While searching on a RS Pro-96, I am getting digital traffic on 35.135 mhz from various agencies such as La Mesa PD, Sheriff as well as other 800 mhz analogue traffic. Why is this occuring? Is it an image?

Idea for ScanDiego

It would be nice to have an area where members can post links to news articles of interest about scanners, radios, police and fire in the San Diego area. The oldest link replaced by the most current news links for say two weeks to avoid broken links, old news,etc..
