Just heard it go out, all freqs all units, Code 10, 11-45. Then they were asking about units with special equipment, one unit responded he had 2 ARs, also heard at least 1 canine respond.

College Grove and Indian Fig

Dispatching on Mid City 1.

Suspect is armed with a shotgun, off and on the phone threatening his wife with suicide.

Sounds like they are switching to Tac 4, waiting for PRT, they also started evacuating the houses...

Is there any way to see the ABLE Downlink? They are dropping the antenna, I know it was in another post but I wasn't sure what the outcome was... Wasn't there a way to see a live feed?

i doubt they would make that feed available. i believe they use a BMS omni microwave transmitter similar to the ones on news helicopters.

ABLE pilot said he was trying to keep the news helos from feeding live video to avoid compromising ground positions, I thought there was a post about being able to see the live feed frmo one of the PD or news helos and a site to go and see... I can't seem to find it right now...

you're thinking of camzone, which feeds metro (ch 8) chopper's signal. they are not over the incident currently.

Yeah that was it! Thank you, I thought I was going crazy there for a minute... Able is trying to see if the downlink thing is working... look slike the helo on camlink is going somewhere pretty fast... that is a pretty cool view...

Well now they are looking at a tree that fell on a car... lol don't they know that something way more newsworthy is going on?

It appears the www.camzone.com chopper (kfmb chan 8 ), whatever news station it is, is over it now.
