I switch on this freq when I hear ABLE above my house or close by and I hear them on this freq and was wondering is that the only freq ABLE uses or is there more freqs if anyone knows any help would be greatly appreciated?

Is that something they're using to talk to ABLE base or just comms inside the aircraft?

Indeed it is.
Its Imperial Beach NOLF Tower @ 120.65
The base is used for Helo training. From 8am-9-11pm.
I live right across the street from it.
