Montgomery Field has an alternate tower frequency too. It's 125.7. I have heard both in use several times when the airport is particularly busy. Then they use a separate tower operator for each of the parallel runways, like what was described for Brown.

When both frequencies aren't being used separately, the tower actually transmits simultaneously on both frequencies, although the aircraft only use the primary (119.2). That can be somewhat annoying when the scanner has both freqs active, because it will stop on 125.7 at times and then you don't hear the planes, so I usually leave it locked out unless they're using it.
