-Where: The main lifeguard tower at the end of Grand Avenue, on the boardwalk between the showers and the big pelican. You can't miss the pelican! This location is in San Diego in Mission Beach!

Damnit I checked the boards one day too late! I would have loved to have gone to this! I am a huge supporter of concealed weapons license being granted to law abiding citizens, simply so we can defend ourselves against the non law abiding folks. I hope they didn't get harassed too much, thats awesome!

Think I heard ECPD say something about remember it's open carry day or something to that effect.
