I heard, I think control on yellow say on western, so I switch over to see whats up. The Sgt asked the Lieutenant to switch to D2 and proceeded to tell the Lieutenant that "There was a issue with one of thos freelace guys"...
It was recorded... Just got to hear how they said it. Classic
I will add it little later when they are finished with him.
I dont think its one of the good ole yellers lol But you never know...

I switched over there and heard a little of that but my reception for the city wasn't cuttin' it and I bailed and missed it.

i couldnt get the putfile page to work. tried it both on mac/pc with updated qt drivers. can you possibly email it?
