Hi All,
I have lived in SD for 10 years and have never gone camping down here, I am going out with my friends for my birthday and wanted to know if you have any places that are good. I want to be able to fish, sleep in a tent, BBQ and get a little drunk. (in no specific order) I am thinking that 2 hours is about the most we would want to travel...maybe 3. Anyone with any suggestions? I am open to beach or mountains...cheap is better.

Camping Sites?
You should check out La Jolla Indian Reservation. Its North eastern sd country (maybe riverside). Awesome camping, pretty cheap, maybe like 30 bucks to get in for a car fee. Theres a river that runs through it which is awesome in the summer time (tubing). Although, I dont know if there is any fishing, I dont remember seeing any fish in the river.
