It's a IR(Intellirepeater) site.
Plus I posted it here since it's in the East county :-) better spot for it.

Yes, OW is an IR site, but "East Zone" is not what comes to mind when I think of OW (more like North East, if an IR site is to be discussed in conjunction with a simulcast zone).

Maybe it is time for a new "IR Zone" discussion thread... :wink:
