Caught a brief conversation on 45520 between "HazMat 4" and "HazMat 5" on 45520 and they made reference to the "Command Vehicle" and cross-connecting radios in it.

yeah I monitor the RCS digital system alot and notice the RCS digital warbles out alot and sometimes it sounds like it is a pain.

Go listen to the north rcs then listen to the south then listen to the imperial county portion you will hear a major difference they didnt have the same guy tune all the transmitters
