During my scanning in the past week I've had my 396 back I logged traffic on TG 31366 and 31401 as well as many of the other TGs previously reported. Unfortunately, I didn't log what the traffic was.

31201 does seem to be the new FD Dispatch TG. Haven't heard any Command or Tac channels yet.

Regarding the TG with countdown traffic (10, 9, 8, 7, etc), 5 minute warning: That sounds like they're announcing "colors" (the flag going up or down depending upon the time of day. The MP's (Control) did that on the old system as well. They are very punctual about it. I believe they coordinate it with the official time for sun-up and sun-down for that day to the minute.

Traffic on System 506 today on 31101 and 31102, one station in clear, the other encrypted. Chat about taking a report on an illegal. 'It's a simple report, you can do it.'

'Device Fox' is (one) Base/Control on TG 31101/31102

About a month ago my 396T could receive System 504 from Oceanside with no problem. Now I don't hear anything at all. Once in awhile a talkgroup will break squelch but seems encryoted. Has the whole system gone encrypted. I am hearing nothing in the clear.

More and more P25 TG's are showing up often & almost all are in the clear. I am using Site 501 and 502 and 508 which are a full scale signal in northern Orange County. I cannot hear Site 504 at all anywhere in Orange County.

Strange. I can receive the CC for Site 501 from my house also. But broken, encrypted sounding traffic. And a month ago I had no problem. I wonder if my settings are off somehow.

I may have located Camp Pendleton FD's "Command" TG on 31202. I logged this:

"Brush" unit, "Command", and "Chief Dellasandro."
