Oh boy...
If this turns out to be an illegal who sabotaged the build via arson, gotta hope that the owners' prosecution is swift and even more crushing than Golden State Fence.

Should be criminal negligence to hire people who would directly benefit from the destruction of their own work and hence wasting of government funds.
