Does anyone know if Port District has started using RCS, and what their TGs might be?

Rumor has it that the port police is not going anywhere.
And their old system is 10-2 at my shack.

How new is that intel? I had it on good authority that they were moving to the RCS. It's also mentioned in the RCS Board minutes from Aug 06
8.2 The Port District is now a member of RCS.

While 8.2 doesn't elaborate exactly what being a "member" means (could just mean they have M/A groups on their radios), I've heard it else where from people in the know that they should be online soon.

No newer minutes from the RCS have been posted online.. I guess they're behind..

Well I think using term rumor means,
I probably don’t know what I’m talking about (LOL).
But I did hear the problem was that first it was the radios were late,
but I believe that I have heard them on the RCS many times. So why would they need radios.
And it was someone on yellow not you, that put the rumor in my ear.
And it might not be the best clue but you think that some one would have
found at least one TG by now, and I think that it was
you that pointed out they did not like digital in the first place.
So I guess it’s like CHP east are they coming or going? So they
probably are might be coming to the RCS. I guess the RCS is
behind in more then just it’s minutes? Government rule number
one go slow. Sean TKS to you and all that contribute to these
forum’s.
