does any one know why Oceanside fire disp has N tac 4 patched to there primary disp channel

AN OPD officer was shot. CPR status, NFD at this time.

Per signonsandiego.com officer was flown to Scripps La Jolla where he was pronounced dead.

They were on North Tac-4 long after the medical aid on the police officer was completed. I think since there was an ongoing SWAT that they were staged for any gunfire on additional police officers or suspects. A medic is often staged nearby on SWAT incidents.
