Camp Pendleton fire Deptartment

Can someone explain how to program camp Pendleton Fire Department into my BC250D, I've done, all the entries, as prescribed in the manual, but I am unable to recieve, any thing

Anything from them I've heard lately has been on the new DOD 380 MHz system which ( I don't think) the 250D can't monitor.

Many other Pendleton units are on the DOD 380 MHz system now also. Its become very active with traffic.

Unfortunately the BC250D isn't going to receive the 380 MHz systems because they are all 9600 baud which that scanner doesn't receive.
