To answer your question Brian im not sure if 463.6250 is a pacific ambulance freq. it sounds like it is from the list you made above of the units and rig numbers your heard and plus one of are stations is at Aero and I 15 the way the the Radio is set up is it is a Kenwwood 8180H with tac channels and 2 dispatch channels one is call SD North and the other Is SD south. we are on a LTR trucking sytem and i believe SD south is a Conventional freq when i go back to work i'll try to find out if the freq is ours

Can you confirmed your company again on this LTR system. Since you know the dispatch voice/etc!
