What I know about the Mill police is that the HQ is at Navy Broadway Complex, downtown.

They have a contract with the City of IB for LE.

I cant find anything on them. I know they can get ahold of the SDSD in 2 secs.

IE there was a big fight in front of my house and the Mill police lights them up and 2mins 4 Sheriffs cars roll up code. When you need them it can take upto 1hr - 4hrs(about 3years ago for the 4hr)

Maybe the info is in the Southern California Frequency Directory? If anyones got the book, I just ordered mine.

With the RCS do I need all the sites? I got all the online one from RR programed...

Thanks
Mark

Thanks

Then I use this on one of the home PC.
http://www.changeip.com/dns/homingbeacon/

Just picked a easy domain to use from there list like. Scanfeed.changeip.net

best thing about it. It's a local company in San Marcos :)

The MPs can work incidents off govt. property? I thought they could only do that if there was a high probability they'd be running into members of the military (awhile back I heard NCIS on a DUI task force that I think was near to a base or popular military bar).

They have a contract with the city of IB(For LE, and Fed Fire/EMS), Only the Uniformed MP. What they do is detain you and have the Sheriffs there in 2 secs. Other then that they patrol the base and Job Corps(since its on navy land)

Its funny how they say only about 2 cops are on patrol in IB, and at 7am there are 8 Sheriffs cars at 7-11 about every morning.... hehe
