BMO?
Yes, bmo is battalion medical officer. Every battlion has a person, usually an engineer, that is responsible for training everybody in their battalion on EMS subjects and updates.
They (bmo's) usually go to each companies' quarters for this or companies may gather in another centralized location and meet with the bmo. Sometimes they go out of service for this training.
This is meant to minimize the number of medical oriented ISTs (In-Service Trainings) at NTC.
