What a day...Heartland has been having paging, CAD, and alerting problems all day long. Everything is verbal status only...likely to be that way overnight.

Dispatchers sound like thye're ready to blow a fuse with all the radio traffic and status checks.

I'm at work right now Sta. 17 in Alpine. We're all just sitting around monitoring the radio. Don't know how we're going to do it tonight. Might just have to take turns monitoring while everyone else sleeps. We also have to keep track of our times.
