Does anyone know how you can add a custom avatar on here or where to go to get one?

Must pick the Link to off-site Avatar option, A good place to host the image would be on www.imageshack.us
The built-in Forum CP doesn't appear to be configured to allow uploading of images so they must be hosted off-site.
