I was wondering if anyone knows whats going on on these channels 816 and 848?

Fire at closed Oceanside school
Two buildings are on fire in a two-alarm blaze at San Rafael Elementary School in Oceanside, a North Comm fire dispatcher said.
The school board voted in 2006 to close the school, at 1616 San Rafael Drive, permanently because of concerns it could not withstand an earthquake and because of declining enrollment.
The fire was reported about 10:30 p.m. Oceanside firefighters requested additional crews from Carlsbad and Camp Pendleton fire departments. A dispatcher said she had no other information at 12:30 a.m.
