I was listening to the SDPD work the Chargers/Chiefs game. It seems all I heard was chatter regarding traffic and the parking lot. Is there a different TAC for talk inside the stadium?

I forgot witch one but its one of the X/E. Not sure but its one of the N/E or S/E.

I know because Im watching the game and there cops saying such and such at row x or at gate x I can hear the crowds roar on the radio.

Southeast Disp 1 is usually used for stadium events as the primary freq. Some of the tacs will be used for details. The SETC folks (traffic cnoollers) have their own freq to work on and then switch over to SE D1 if they need something.
