Help a scanner-challenged guy with freq's???????

Hi All, I am new to scanning in SD County. I have to reprogram my Uniden scanners to RX some freqs of local interest and don't seem to know exactly who dispatches what or where. Can someone please shoot me a list or direct me to who does what?
Specifically, I am interested in:
Ramona Fire
IntermountainFire
Julian Cuyamaca Fire
Mt Laguna Fire
San Pasqual Volunteer Fire (Escondido) not tribal fire dept
SDSO for Ramona, Julian, Cuyamaca
Cleveland National Forest Rangers
Cuyamaca State Park Rangers
SD County Park Rangers
CHP (Ramona, Julian, Cuyamaca areas)
