Computer voice dispatching

Looks as if the city (and northcom) have followed in Escondido Fires foot steps of using the computer generated dispatching. One good thing about this -- it will hopefully eliminate the "ghost" dispatches, where the no voice is heard on the dispatch.
One really annoying consequence, which was noticed by a listener to the fire feed was; during the 3 alarm condo fire in PB, every time they added any new units to the alarm, even just one unit, it generated a new dispatch. One listener noted that they were up to 8 repeats of the dispatch, which included EVERY piece of equipment. And they weren't done added when we had that conversation.
With that traffic, and how slowly it voices the call, really fills up the recording buffer.
