just was wondering if national city fire is still dispatching on command 6 or are they on the heartland rcs south zone and if anyone knows let me know.

No longer on Command 6. Dispatched on standard Heartland Zone-4 talkgroups. RCS South Loop.

No. I meant Zone-4 talkgroups. Heartland has different talkgroups for Fire Zone-4 and Zones 7 and 8. Commands 1-5 and Tacs 1-10 are Zone-4, Commands 7-9 and Tacs 11-16 are Zones 7 and 8 (with an occasional exception).

Yes it is. And Zone 7 and 8 dispatch is 8688 (HND Dispatch 2).
