Big incident in Oceanside

There is some sort of incident happening in Oceanside on Oceanside police dispatch 1 and it sounds pretty serious from what I am listening to it sounds like it might be an officer down anyone know

Someone shot a OPD officer who was on a stop. Sounds like it was from a sniper and not the person being stopped. Mercy Air came in and airlifted the officer to Scripps La Jolla I believe.
OPD D1 and RCS North Command with lots of traffic.

Yes it was Scripps La Jolla and any word on the officers condition?

Sad tosay that the officer didn't make it. Sounds like most of law enforcement in the county are after these bastards. Prayers out to his family and fellow officers.

TWO teenage subjects are in custody for the shooting. No names have been released.
God Bless ALL of our First Responders.
When I was young, I wanted to be one also. Thank God I did not make it. Too many IDIOTS out there think they can do anything they want and to HELL with everyone else. I would probably be shooting them all the time!!

The officer, Dan Bessant, 25, is survived by a wife and a two-month-old son.
