TG 15600

Are you sure it was on the San Diego City System?
Did you find it on a search & lock onto it, or, did you find it on a search and then program it into your scanner? In other words were you able to leave it and then return to it?

What unit id's did you hear?
Any reference to any codes?
Did it have a dispatcher, or, was it just field units?

PD was using normal often unused tg's. Best guess, it was FD with a patch up for the 4th.

It wasn't 'PATCHED' at the time when I heard it used.

Well gotta wait till the next big event to see if they use it again 8)

Showing up again this evening... talking about command post and a free shuttle across the street. Can only hear one side of the conversation.

To update a bit, someone posted (brain flameout as to where) that there are now 10 'event channels', and trunker is beginning to show some of them, as of very recently. So far, I've only heard actual event traffic on the first two, but units are showing up affiliating on others, now, probably by accident.

15868 Event 1
15600 Event 2
15760 active
15880 active
15920 active

I suspect it's every 32 for the list, with (apparently) 12 or more channels, for:

15868
15600
15632
15664
15696
15728
15760
15792
15824
15856
15888
15920
