Is imperial county CHP on low band or RCS?

I think they use the low band but im not 100% sure though.

Low Band I just came through there earlier today and they are still on the spilt channel. Unlike SD CHP they I can follow on 1 freq but the El Centro station I have to put 2 different freqs just to hear em.
